Choose Your Health Condition: Select the health issue you'd like a solution for.
Complete the Screening: Answer a quick screening questionnaire to ensure the program is suitable for you.
Secure Payment: Pay for the program through our secure checkout.
Download the Cheah App: Get the Cheah app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Login with Code: Use the code sent to your email to log in. Once logged in, you can reset your password if needed.
Complete Your Profile: Fill out the detailed questionnaire about your health and medical condition.
Upload Test Results (if needed): If any blood tests are recommended, get them done and upload the results through the app.
Get Your Customized Plan: Once all questions are answered and test results uploaded, we'll create a personalized Cheah plan just for you.
Receive Your Products: Based on your plan, we’ll prepare and ship your meals, supplements, and any necessary accessories to your address.
Access Other Therapies: Other therapies and activities, such as audio and video sessions, will be available on the app.
Follow the Plan: For the best results, follow the recommendations regularly and consistently.

Yes, we recommend that you continue the care and prescriptions you are receiving from your allopathic (conventional) physician. Our program is designed to complement your current treatment, not replace it.

However, we advise against taking additional supplements or herbal products that are not recommended by us while following our program. This is to avoid any potential overlap or harmful interactions between different treatments.
